Location: Remote 

Employment Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Pay: $23.07 per hour ($48,000.00 annually), at minimum productivity, with additional earning potential. **This position offers a base hourly rate plus productivity-based compensation, providing clinicians with the opportunity to increase their earnings based on services provided. 

About the Position

IMPOWER is seeking a Florida Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services through telehealth with a primary focus on substance use treatment. The position provides assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy, manages an assigned caseload, and coordinates care and related activities, including referrals, appointment scheduling, clinic visits, medication-related needs, telehealth support, releases of information, and billing documentation.

This position requires the ability to work remotely and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Remote employees must maintain a designated workspace with reliable internet access that supports productivity, professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA requirements and IMPOWER policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group behavioral health and substance use treatment via telehealth using evidence-based interventions. 
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, clinical documentation, and other required records accurately and timely.
• Accept assigned referrals, make initial contact within 48-hours, and schedules the initial session within 10 days of assignment. 
• Maintain a minimum productivity standard of 24 billable units per week.
• Assist with referrals, appointments, medication-related needs, telehealth support, releases of information, and other care coordination activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in IMPOWER’s electronic health record and other required systems. 
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, staff meetings, and other required team activities.
• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries and collaborative relationships with individuals served, coworkers, providers, and community partners.
• Complete required training, credentialing, incident reporting, and mandated reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or another related human services field from an accredited college or university.
• Current Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, Psychologist, or School Psychologist.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing behavioral health or clinical services to children and families.
