  • Use independent discretion to determine when additional information or verification is required, and communicate with job posters to collect and analyze relevant details.

  • Apply independent judgment to identify and eliminate scams, potentially dangerous content, and inappropriate postings, escalating to senior staff when necessary.

  • Make decisions regarding a user's legitimacy based on background check results, IDs, independent research, investigations, and other verification materials.

  • Monitor and review system-generated alerts related to client/job-poster activities (such as changes to previously approved listings or messaging limits) and determine appropriate actions.

  • Investigate scam complaints and reports of inappropriate behavior, making executive decisions on whether clients should be removed from the platform.

Content Management

  • Review and enhance user-generated content by copy-editing and optimizing job posts to align with key business objectives.

  • Manage ticket-queue pipelines for incoming job posts, prioritizing based on importance and timeliness while optimizing and editing content for publication.
