CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading global organization to find an Axonius Software Specialist to support their cybersecurity and IT asset intelligence function. This is a fully remote, 6–12 month contract opportunity (with possible extension).

This team is responsible for maintaining full visibility into every asset across the organization's environment — no small task when you're pulling data from 1,400+ sources. The specialist we're looking for will close coverage gaps, sharpen the reporting that leadership relies on, and keep the underlying data clean enough to trust.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and refine dashboards and queries to scale log-coverage reporting
  
• Compare asset inventory against log data sources to identify and document coverage gaps
  
• Investigate and resolve data-quality issues and asset-correlation discrepancies
  
• Support onboarding of new log sources, including adapter requirements and platform configuration
  
• Manage exports of coverage data to downstream systems, ensuring integrity and timeliness
  
• Continuously optimize platform configuration and maintain clear documentation
  
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal client teams
  
• Partner cross-functionally with security and IT operations stakeholders
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering an IT asset intelligence/discovery platform (e.g., Axonius or a comparable platform)
  
• Demonstrated dashboard and query development, not just consuming pre-built reports
  
• Experience onboarding new log sources and coordinating adapter/integration requirements
  
• Strong understanding of asset discovery, data normalization, and log aggregation concepts
  
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex data-correlation issues
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in cybersecurity operations or IT asset management at scale
  
• Experience training or transferring knowledge to internal client teams
  
• Familiarity with adjacent asset-visibility/attack-surface-management tooling
  
• Prior remote contract experience with enterprise-scale environments
  

Technical Environment:

• IT asset intelligence and discovery platforms
  
• Log aggregation and data correlation tooling
  
• Standard cybersecurity/IT operations tooling ecosystem
  

What Success Looks Like:

• Coverage gap backlog identified, documented, and actively closing
  
• Dashboard suite mature and usable by the client's internal team with minimal support
