Senior Scrum Master:

We are looking for an experienced Agile practitioner to support delivery execution for a complex social services transformation.
Be a coach, mentor, advisor, facilitator, teacher and servant leader who wears different hats at different instances based on the situation and individual.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of Agile delivery culture, improve velocity and ways of working, and provide hands on support for team leads.

Actively work to provide solutions to velocity problems and own the resolution.

Support overall governance by implementing controls and repeatable measurements.

Support integrated planning, solution planning, estimation, prioritization, resource planning, release planning, and delivery team management.

Agile Project Management (Advanced)

• Microsoft Azure DevOps (Advanced)

• Agile Methodology (Intermediate)

• Microsoft Azure DevOps (Advanced)
