Job description

ABOUT RIGHTMOVE

RightMove is redefining how value-based musculoskeletal (back, joint and muscle) care is delivered. Built in partnership with the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS)—the world leader in musculoskeletal health trusted by elite athletes—we're creating a new standard of coordinated, expert-led care that gets people moving better and faster.

We partner with primary care providers, orthopedic specialists, and health plans to deliver high-value, patient-centered care. Our value-based care model includes patient engagement, expert clinical evaluation, virtual physical therapy, and care coordination with high-value imaging and specialty partners.

OUR MISSION & VALUES

We're a high-performing team driven by one mission: to free people to move and thrive. At RightMove, we move fast, collaborate deeply, and deliver with precision. We're a startup with enterprise-grade rigor—where talented operators, engineers and clinicians challenge conventions to improve patient outcomes.

We live our values every day:

  • Perform to Win – We bring our best to deliver measurable results, valuing impact over optics.
  • Be Direct with Respect – We communicate clearly, with honesty and care.
  • Move as One Team – We win together, across roles and functions.
  • Act with Agency – Our teams have high trust and high accountability, with the freedom to own and responsibility to deliver.
  • Choose Optimism – We bring energy and perspective, even when the work is hard.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to help shape how RightMove tells its story and grows its impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll write and produce content, run email and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, keep projects on schedule, assist with internal marketing efforts, and pull data to inform performance reporting—with real input into what we test and try next.

You'll own the day-to-day execution that brings our marketing to life: drafting and editing content, building and deploying campaigns, partnering with clinicians to develop content, managing timelines across concurrent projects, and making sure everything ships on time and on brand.

We're looking for someone organized, a strong writer, comfortable in HubSpot, and eager to learn the nuances of B2B2C and B2B marketing in healthcare. As the team and our channels scale, so will your scope—this role is a launchpad into broader campaign strategy and channel ownership, with real exposure to strategy from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Content Production

  • Manage the content and editorial calendar; keep projects moving from draft to publish
  • Write and edit blog posts, email copy, social posts, landing pages, and patient and provider education materials
  • Gather input from clinicians and internal experts, route drafts for review, manage revisions
  • Support video and testimonial content: scheduling, consent workflows, interview prep, and repurposing into clips and written stories

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and deploy email campaigns and lifecycle programs in HubSpot
  • Manage templates, lists, segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and forms
  • Handle setup, testing, QA, and scheduling

Reporting

  • Pull and maintain campaign and channel reports
  • Work with Director to flag trends and performance issues worth acting on

Events

  • Support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events
  • Handle logistics, collateral and booth materials, registration, and promotional assets
  • Manage post-event follow-up and lead capture where appropriate

Project & Vendor Support

  • Keep project trackers, timelines, and deliverables current across concurrent workstreams
  • Work with the Director to keep agencies, freelancers, and production partners on schedule
  • Run first-pass reviews of vendor work for quality and brand consistency
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and production

Partner & Network Enablement

  • Help build decks, one-pagers, and partner-facing collateral
  • Produce on-brand assets in Canva, Figma, or similar
  • Maintain an organized, current materials library for Partner and Network teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Internal Marketing

  • Work closely with the Director and partner teams—Product, Clinical, and Network—to support aligned messaging, campaigns, and launches across the company
  • Manage company swag and merchandise—sourcing, ordering, inventory, and distribution for new hires, events, and team celebrations

MUST-HAVES

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills — you can draft original content and sharpen someone else's
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience with email and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable pulling campaign reports and summarizing performance
  • Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or Adobe CC
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes that don't exist yet

PREFERRED

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, digital health, or provider networks
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, or webinars
  • Experience coordinating video or testimonial content
  • Familiarity with content requiring consent, privacy, or compliance review
  • Basic video editing (Premiere, Descript, CapCut, or similar)
  • Website CMS experience (HubSpot)
  • SEO and content optimization fundamentals
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to increase output and quality

ROLE DETAILS

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, typical business hours
  • Travel: Occasional travel
  • Level: Specialist
  • Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 base, plus benefits. Final offer aligned to experience and market.
