Manager of Supervision

Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a full-time Manager of Supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating team member and client success by providing Student Supervision to sit for the BCBA exam in addition to leading Group Supervision. This role reports to the Director of Supervision. There may be opportunity to work onsite as well if you are local to one of our centers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously adapt to changing company and BACB requirements, assisting with making the necessary adjustments to the internal supervision sequence
• Assist with the design of individual and group supervision content to ensure that each location receives the same level of supervision that meets the BACB requirements
• Work collaboratively with Clinical Training team to assess changing training needs that can be incorporated into Supervision
• Report BT supervisee concerns to individual location CD’s as they arise
• Take on a caseload of trainees across locations to support ongoing development of future BCBAs
• Maintain a small caseload and/or provide consult coverage for other BCBAs as assigned
• Stay current on new research and incorporate new research into current practice by attending at least one conference per year

Manager of Supervision Basic and Essential Functions:

• BCBA for at least 5 years per the BACB’s requirement to supervise BCBAs who are within one year of their certification
• Current certification and licensure in states where we provide services preferred and must be willing to get licensed in states other than their state of residence
• Demonstrated skills and experience in providing training in behavior analytic principles and previous experience following the BACB’s guidelines for supervision
• Qualified candidates will enjoy working with children, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and dependable. They will be highly motivated, naturally take initiative, be willing to learn, remain curious, and look to make a larger, positive impact.

Job Type: Exempt, Full Time
