When buying or selling a property, reviewing property portfolio profitability, relocating business operations, or renovating existing infrastructure, our specialist team work closely with our clients to help them make informed and strategic business decisions about their property asset.

About the role


As Opteon expands into new customer segments, we're looking for a Customer Growth Lead to help drive growth, improve customer experiences, and support the success of our client and partner platforms.


Reporting to the Head of Customer, this role combines customer success, partnership development, customer experience and growth activities. You'll work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, support customer adoption of digital platforms, and contribute to revenue growth across targeted customer segments.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in growth, partnerships and customer experience while working within a national team.


The preferred location of this role is Sydney but we are open to candidates from any location across Australia as the role can be completed remotely.

Key responsibilities


  • Support growth across assigned customer segments and partner channels
  • Build and maintain referral and partner relationships
  • Monitor adoption and usage of Opteon's client and partner portals
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Work with Product, Development and Operations teams to help prioritise and deliver customer improvements
  • Support Customer Success and Relationship Management teams with platform and integration opportunities
  • Prepare reporting and insights on customer engagement, adoption and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For


We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You may currently work in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, Partnerships or a similar role and be looking for an opportunity to expand your commercial and growth experience.

To be successful, you'll bring:


  • Around 3 years' experience in customer success, customer experience, account management, partnerships or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confidence working with data and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
  • An interest in digital customer experiences and platform adoption
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools, with HubSpot highly regarded

Property, valuation or lending experience is not required. We will provide industry training and support.
