Position Title: LTK Assistant, Creator Success 

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

About the role

As LTK Assistant, you will assist the LTK UK team with making our creators as economically successful as possible. In this role, you will learn what makes an LTK creator successful and it is a unique opportunity to support our UK business with fundamental tasks to support team workflows and efficiencies. You will be thinking through business processes and data driven reports that will help accelerate businesses for a creator. You will be working primarily at the start of the creator’s journey at LTK with a focus on new creator approvals and creator communications when it comes gifting and earning strategy tips using email and whatsapp funnels. In return, you’ll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximise their earnings velocity.

How you will make an impact

• Evaluate and approve creator applications for the LTK platform, ensuring alignment with company standards and eligibility criteria.
• Assist high potential creators with their LTK business growth with a focus on brand and gifting strategy. 
• Apply social media theory to practise
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency
• Support special projects to increase creator earning opportunities and team functionality
• Conduct weekly performance reporting on creators, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of the fashion creator marketplace with a dedication to help them accelerate their businesses. Candidates are also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process, to have strong organisational skills, to be willing to learn data driven strategies and possess self-awareness to maintain alignment with team members.

• Understanding of social media platforms and social media marketing
• A keen interest in fashion and retail
• A desire to help out your teammates and learn alongside fantastic people

Requirements

• Functional experience with multiple social media platforms 
• Creator knowledge and UK landscape experience of creator and retail 
• Experience of customer relations 
• Strong understanding of social media and creator marketing
• Passion for growth and building on creator business opportunities and process optimisation
• Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, and Google Drive for data analysis, reporting, and document management.
