Customers. Their success is your success. Your success is our success. As a Customer Success Manager at Meister, you'll engage with a portfolio of customers across the DACH region to build meaningful, long-term relationships and manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to renewal.

Think you’ve got what it takes? Then we’d love to hear from you.

What Makes You Special

  • 2+ years’ experience. You've built a solid foundation in customer success within B2B SaaS and are eager to keep growing.
  • Industry knowledge. You've built up practical experience overseeing the customer lifecycle and understand key customer success best practices, giving you a strong foundation to support both customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communicator: You possess excellent written and spoken German alongside C2-level English, comfortably engaging and inspiring our customers in either language.
  • Strategic thinking. You're eager to contribute to customer success strategies tailored to Meister's goals and circumstances, with a proactive, builder-oriented mindset that helps drive continuous improvement.
  • Analytical skills. You're comfortable analyzing customer health metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • AI & Innovation mindset. You bring hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and digitization initiatives, paired with a genuine curiosity to test new technologies that optimize customer workflows and elevate team productivity.
  • Project management. You bring practical project management experience, helping to structure customer success plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit deadlines and quality standards.
  • Agile Mindset. You are familiar with Scrum or other agile frameworks, and share a flexible, collaborative attitude toward managing projects.

Meister and You

  • 20 years, still building. Two award-winning products, millions of users, and a business that has been independent and profitable-minded since 2006.
  • European by design. EU-hosted infrastructure and GDPR compliance as a competitive advantage rather than an obligation.
  • Real ownership. Small teams, short paths to decisions, direct access to founders.
  • Choose where. Join us at our central Vienna hub with your own office schedule, or work remotely from selected European locations.
  • Built on autonomy. Set your own schedule with flexitime, work from inspiring places using our workation policy, and pick the hardware you prefer.
  • Feel valued. Salaries at Meister fit your skills and experience. You’ll share in our success with an employee stock ownership program additional to your pay.
  • Grow with Us. Growth at Meister is built on real opportunities rather than fixed timelines. Through regular performance snapshots, continuous feedback, and a dedicated personal learning budget, we make sure you have the tools to expand your role and take on new challenges.
  • Get there. We cover the cost of a yearly public transport card for our Vienna-based team, supporting a stress-free and sustainable commute.
  • Stay healthy. Subsidized indoor, outdoor and wellness activities.
  • Relax. Extra vacation day on your birthday, plus December 24 and 31. On top of that, your annual vacation entitlement increases the longer you stay at Meister
  • Celebrate. Regular events, including an annual company retreat and frequent team activities.

The minimum salary according to the Austrian Collective Agreement (IT-KV, AT / Einstiegsstufe) is €2,547.00 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). However, we offer competitive, market-rate compensation well above this baseline, with an actual salary designed to reflect your specific skills and experience.
