ServiceNow SrTechnical Consultant Secret Clearance - Remote (US - Chantilly)

Ondaro is currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – Active DoD Secret Clearance to join our growing company. As an Ondaro Consultant, you will work with analysts, architects, and other engineers, leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in enhancing both employee and customer workflows, helping to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

What you´ll be doing: 

• Provide expertise on technical capabilities related to development of ServiceNow. 
• Develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform integration and functional testing. 
• Work with Senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and process maps required for the ServiceNow environment development. 
• Intermediate level of ServiceNow development skills required. 
• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB. 
• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. 
• Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. 
• JavaScript/AngularJS development experience. 
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP 
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. 
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. 
• Create and manage scripts and workflows/flows. 
• Build dashboards based on application data models and external data sources. 
• Address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms. 
• Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. 
• Instruct, assign, direct and check the work of others on the development team. 
• Participate in development of software documentation and technical reports. 
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.     

What you´ll be doing :

• 10+ Years of relevant experience  
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations. 
• Active DoD secret clearance. 
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application. 
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) 
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system. 
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs. 
• Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications. 
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly. 
• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders. 
• At least one of the following certifications: Certified ServiceNow Developoer / Certified ServiceNow Administrator /Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)

Note: Base salary range is $128,000 to $173,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
