Reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence, the HR Process Automation & AI Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end HR process automation portfolio, identifying and prioritizing AI and automation opportunities, and building scalable frameworks that improve HR workflows across Veralto’s global organization.

This position is part of Veralto’s Global HR Shared Services team and will be fully remote. Candidates may be located anywhere in Mexico or Czech Republic.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Identifying high-value opportunities across the HR process landscape.

• Conducting process mapping, diagnostics, and process mining to uncover inefficiencies and quantify improvement potential.

• Designing, implementing, and sustaining AI and RPA-enabled solutions that optimize workflows and improve data quality, controls, and cycle times.

• Building governance, performance measures, and portfolio review routines.

• Partnering with HR, IT, Data Privacy, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• BA/BS/BEng degree or equivalent, or at least 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, IT, business process management, or related corporate services.

• Experience leading the deployment and adoption of AI, RPA, and process mining in an HR or corporate services environment.

• Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities, building business cases, implementing AI-enabled solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Strong process mapping, governance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder influence skills.

• Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS platform.

• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively across global and regional stakeholder groups.
