Job Description

The Manager Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administration is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, advancement, and operational performance of Prime’s Salesforce platform. This position combines deep Salesforce expertise with business and technology leadership to establish a multi-year roadmap, modernize platform capabilities, and deliver measurable value through automation, artificial intelligence, integrated digital experiences, and process improvement. The Salesforce Manager leads a high-performing team and partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across sales, account management, operations, marketing, and client-facing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities, business transformation objectives, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce artificial intelligence capabilities that improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and self-service.
  • Lead complex Salesforce initiatives and platform enhancements, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, guided selling, and self-service capabilities that drive business value and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation and support of Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile applications, AI-enabled self-service platforms, and other AppExchange, SaaS, or sales technology solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization that delivers business value through strong talent development, accountability, innovation, process improvement, and disciplined execution of strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing platform maintenance to ensure Salesforce capabilities align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with technology and business teams to evaluate, prioritize, and support architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce and the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Manage the Salesforce budget and coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations, assess build-versus-buy options, and maximize the business value of Salesforce and third-party technology investments.
  • Provide executive-level updates that clearly communicate progress, business value, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 6 years of work experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years of experience with Salesforce
  • 1 year of leadership/people management experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and Salesforce product knowledge, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and the translation of those needs into technology and operational requirements
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps and strategic plans
  • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Business process improvement experience
  • Highly organized and result focused
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and indirect lines of authority
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other industry-specific Salesforce cloud solutions within a regulated environment.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities, agentic solutions, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled self-service.
  • 2 years of leadership/people management experience

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
