Reporting to the Senior Manager, Named Accounts, the Customer Success Manager is a member of Autodesk's Education Named Accounts team, responsible for helping assigned higher-education institutions adopt Autodesk solutions and realize measurable value. Working within account strategy and priorities set by the Senior Manager and Senior Account Manager, this role translates adoption opportunities into success plans and drives them through execution — partnering closely with customers and with Autodesk's account, technical, product, learning, marketing, and support teams. Success requires strong customer success discipline, clear communication, analytical problem-solving, and proactive execution.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,000 and $147,620. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Equal Employment Opportunity
