You will build trusted relationships with campus stakeholders, support retention and expansion efforts, use data to identify opportunities, and connect Knack’s work to partner goals and student success priorities.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Academic Relations to deliver a cohesive partner experience and drive successful outcomes.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who is ready to take ownership of partner relationships, contribute to growth, and develop their skills in strategic partnership management.

What you get...

  • Build trusted relationships with campus stakeholders through regular meetings, strategic touchpoints, and proactive communication.
  • Develop and execute partner engagement plans aligned to institutional priorities and Knack’s partnership goals.
  • Support successful partner launches, ongoing engagement, program adoption, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead renewal activities and partner retention efforts, helping partners understand and realize the value of their Knack partnership.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, including expansions, upsells, referrals, and additional stakeholder adoption, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to pursue them.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and strategic conversations to assess progress, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Leverage partner data and insights to provide clear, actionable recommendations that strengthen program performance, engagement, and impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Academic Relations to ensure a seamless partner experience and alignment across the partner lifecycle.
  • Partner with internal teams to increase program visibility, stakeholder engagement, and campus adoption.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that strengthen the Partner Success organization.
  • Travel as needed to support partner engagement, relationship development, and growth opportunities.
