£40,000 Potential bonus, Company Van and Colleague benefits
Covering sites around the Cardiff area.
In this role you will be expected to work 1 weekend in 4 to 8 depending on staffing levels. Telephone support is required to our help desk and sites on technical issues as they arise.

We're looking for a RegionalMaintenanceEngineer to join our Facilities team, supporting a cluster of Moto locations in the Cardiff area. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll help keep our sites compliant, operational and ready to welcome customers 24/7.

From fault-finding and repairs to managing contractors and supporting larger projects, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our sites remain safe, efficient and fit for the future

Responsibilities:
No two days are ever the same. You'll be:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple Moto locations

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults

• Maintaining air conditioning, building services and site infrastructure

• Completing compliance checks, PPMs and health & safety inspections

• Managing and coordinating external contractors

• Supporting site teams with maintenance-related issues and equipment failures

• Overseeing small projects and ensuring work is delivered to Moto standards

• Providing technical expertise and practical solutions to keep sites running smoothly

• Supporting longer-term maintenance planning and infrastructure improvements across the region

Person Specification

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes pride in solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience within facilities, building services or maintenance engineering

• A recognised trade qualification in electrical, engineering, plumbing or a related discipline

• Experience working with electrical equipment

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge across a range of building maintenance disciplines

• Experience managing contractors and external service providers

• A practical, proactive approach and the ability to work independently

• Good IT skills and administration capability

Most importantly, you'll be someone who builds great relationships, communicates well and genuinely cares about delivering excellent service
