Salary Range: $110000 to $150000/Annum + Full Time Benefits

• Design and develop custom extensions and enhancements.

Integration & Cloud Engineering
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations between Guidewire and enterprise platforms.
• Lead integration efforts with:
o Policy Administration Systems
o Payment Gateways
o CRM Systems
o Document Management Systems
o Data Lakes and Reporting Platforms
o Third-Party Insurance Vendors
• Develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
• Support Guidewire Cloud implementations and migrations.
• Build secure API integrations and event-driven architectures.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, functional requirements, and system enhancements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze and configure business processes across:
Guidewire PolicyCenter: Policy lifecycle management, underwriting, rating, product configuration, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy issuance.
Guidewire BillinEligible to workenter: Billing plans, payment processing, invoicing, collections, refunds, and commission management.
Guidewire ClaimCenter: FNOL, claim lifecycle management, reserves, payments, recoveries, subrogation, and settlement processes.
• Work closely with Guidewire developers, architects, QA teams, and product owners during design and implementation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support integration requirements involving Guidewire, third-party systems, APIs, data warehouses, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain business process workflows, UML diagrams, data mapping documents, and BRDs/FRDs.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Analyze defects, prioritize issues, and coordinate resolution with development teams.
• Support Guidewire upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance business requirements.
