Job Description

The Delivery Acceleration Product Lifecycle and Processes Lead Consultant is accountable for independently leading delivery process installation across all Insurance Product teams and working with leaders to continuously improve these processes.

This role is critical in driving consistency and operational excellence in delivering a high volume of complex work with strategic importance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and install consistent processes, ceremonies and artifacts across Insurance Product teams
• Utilize existing tools such as Agile, Scrum, or other lifecycle management frameworks to establish product mindset processes across Insurance Product
• Provide facilitation and coaching support across teams while installing processes; deliver through leadership and influence rather than authority and control
• Drives adoption of processes across portfolios and engages appropriate stakeholders in creating and implementing change management plans
• Maintain process documentation and standards, evolving operational excellence practices across portfolios as needed
• Participate in Product Lifecycle discussions to help memorialize process needs
• Drive consistent delivery lifecycle practices, including risk management, dependency tracking and issue resolution
• Manages high complexity projects independently with no support or direction from others
• Apply systems thinking to understand impacts across processes and teams
• Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and simplification 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and refine direction 
• Build relationships across partners 
• Apply best practices and seek guidance to improve consistency 
• Support operating routines by connecting processes to business outcomes, risks, and decisions needed 

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
