Playtech‘s Casino unit is looking for a skilled Animator who will take full ownership of the visual production for our slot games.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Produce fast, high-quality Spine animations for slot games developed from scratch
• Animate symbols, win animations, effects, characters, and other game elements based on concepts and assets created by the dedicated slot artist.
• Work closely with a dedicated, cross-functional team (artist, mathematician, developers) focused on the same set of games.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality animation assets and complete game packages to the development team.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a consistently high quality of animations.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve animation- and integration-related issues.
• Create animated banners for marketing purposes and game trade shows.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

• Have 2+ years of experience as a 2D Spine Animator within the iGaming industry, ideally working on slot games or casino content from concept to release.
• Possess extensive knowledge of Spine and After Effects, including plugins.
• Are familiar with graphic AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Have strong knowledge of animation principles and an understanding of styles, effects, and trends in the gaming industry.
• Can efficiently turn static concepts into polished, production-ready animations.
• Can give and receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively within a structured, producer-driven team.
• Are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, creating engaging animations from high-level briefs while partnering closely with artists and the wider team to bring game concepts to life.
• Excel in problem-solving and creativity, can multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our team creates and brings to life visually engaging casino games for an established and fast‑growing program. You will be involved in the full animation cycle - from early concepts and storyboards to polished in‑game animations – working on characters, symbols, UI animations, special effects, and other core motion elements.
