  • Product Thinking & Strategy
  • Cross Functional partnership to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize work
  • Contribute to UX strategy and roadmap alignment within your product area
  • Use data and research to inform decisions and validate solutions
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Identify risks and opportunities, proactively mitigating or escalating as needed
  • Bring forward informed recommendations to influence product direction
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive experiences
  • Clearly communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Facilitate alignment through workflows, prototypes, and user stories
  • Partner with Engineering early to understand constraints and ensure quality implementation
  • Work with Product and Project Management to plan and deliver successful outcomes
  • Contribute to critiques, reviews, and product demos
  • Team Contribution & Influence
  • Contribute to team culture and help evolve practices, workflows, and standards
  • Advocate for user-centered design across your team and partners
  • Present work, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Mentor and support junior designers

  • What we are looking for Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related field
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and library usage
