Wisepath Group is hiring an HR Generalist to support RAVLCO/Legend Media. This role helps manage day-to-day HR operations for a remote workforce that includes employees and approximately 40 international contractors. You’ll work with company leaders and external HR compliance partners to keep records, processes, and policies organized and consistent.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, including international contractors.

• Maintain accurate personnel files, contractor records, and HR system data.

• Help administer company policies, employee handbooks, and benefits programs.

• Respond to routine employee relations questions and escalate complex matters to the appropriate HR compliance partner.

• Support job postings, interview scheduling, and other recruiting coordination.

• Track performance review cycles and related documentation.

• Work with leadership and external partners on job descriptions, classification reviews, and policy updates.

• Track required training, certifications, and applicable filing deadlines.

• Keep HR processes organized across a remote workforce and multiple business entities.

What you’ll bring

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least three years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience.

• Working knowledge of core employment law concepts, including wage and hour rules, equal employment opportunity, and leave requirements.

• Experience using HR or payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities remotely.

Experience supporting a remote or multistate workforce and coordinating HR processes for international contractors is preferred.
