UX/UI Designer

We're Hiring: Design Systems Designer (Experience Designer 2)
* Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
* Experience: 3-5 year
* Love building components that scale
* Obsessed with tokens, Figma variables and clean documentation
* A global enterprise software leader is looking for a hands-on Design Systems Designer to help grow and refine a design system used by 30+ designers and hundreds of developers.

What you'll do:
✅ Design and maintain components in Figma (variants, properties, states)
✅ Contribute to design tokens, themes and modes
✅ Partner with engineers to close the gap between Figma and code
✅ Write usage guidance, specs and accessibility annotations (WCAG 2.2 AA)
✅ Support product designers and shape what belongs in the system

Requirements

✅ 3-5 years in UX/product design, with design system or component library experience
✅ Strong Figma skills: auto layout, variants, variables
✅ Experience with Material Design or a similar system
✅ Clear written communication and a portfolio that shows your process Bonus points: ✨ Angular Material, B2B/enterprise experience, ARIA knowledge
