As a Gloji Mentor you’ll be joining a fast-paced environment where technology will take a leading role, ensuring our clients make the most of Gloji’s features whilst supporting those most in need. We’re particularly keen to hear from people interested in taking on some evening and weekend hours.

Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

A typical day as a Gloji Mentor might include:

· Helping clients achieve their weight loss goals through remote support sessions via our digital platform, telephone and video chat, applying our holistic approach centered around the 5 pillars of health; Nutrition, movement, sleep, mind & alcohol

· Overseeing the progress of clients using the applications ‘digital only’ pathway to ensure they are progressing smoothly and making the most of the app’s features

· Using evidence-based interventions which are aligned to the service's vision

· Undertaking any relevant administrative tasks related to the role, including client onboarding and maintaining the referrals pipeline

· Responding to client enquiries through our dedicated support channels, including responding to incoming calls or emails

· Ensuring an excellent and safe experience for clients, aligning to our internal policies and procedures

· Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments – we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources!

· Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance

· Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values!

To work with us in this role you will need to have a minimum of 1 year’s delivery experience of supporting clients to make healthy lifestyle choices and be able to demonstrate this at interview stage. You will also need a high level of digital literacy due to the online nature of the role. A nutrition, physical activity or behaviour change based qualification is a bonus!

Although not essential, so that we can best support the needs of our clients we are particularly keen to hear from applicants who are fluent in languages commonly spoken in South Asia, East Asia, Poland, Romania, Russia, and other relevant regions.

Contract: Part time, Permanent

Salary: Starting at £24,785 per year pro rata

Location: This is a fully remote, home-based role. There will be some opportunities to get together in person as a team.
