Independent Contractor – B-CPT-11544 Bilingual Member Outreach & Award Qualification Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Entry-Junior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A community-focused organization supporting large member ecosystems, including communities centered around real estate investing and creative financing, is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to support a member recognition initiative.
The VA will conduct proactive one-on-one outreach to community members by phone, text, and email, guide members through an established award-qualification process, complete required documentation, and maintain accurate CRM records.
The goal is to create a personal, customer-friendly touchpoint with members while identifying and recognizing individuals within the community. The initial hire may serve as the model for a larger team of 7–10 VAs supporting approximately 40,000 community members.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Member Outreach & Qualification
- Conduct consistent outbound outreach to community members by phone, text, and email
- Explain the purpose of the outreach and award-recognition initiative
- Follow established scripts while maintaining a natural and conversational approach
- Build rapport and encourage members to participate in the qualification process
- Ask required qualification questions accurately and consistently
- Guide members through required surveys and information gathering
- Complete reference forms and supporting documentation
- Follow up with non-responsive or incomplete members
- Escalate questions or situations outside the established process
- Maintain ownership of assigned members through completion
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Record calls, texts, emails, responses, and follow-up activity in Close.io
- Maintain accurate and organized member records
- Update qualification statuses promptly
- Use CRM tasks and workflows to manage follow-up
- Maintain an organized pipeline of members requiring additional outreach
- Track unanswered calls and messages and re-engage members appropriately
- Prioritize outreach based on deadlines and member status
Administrative Support
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and contact information
- Assist with data cleanup and contact management
- Send professional follow-up emails and SMS using approved messaging
- Coordinate scheduling through Google Calendar when needed
- Complete supporting documentation accurately
- Support additional administrative tasks directly related to the outreach initiative
- Meet established project deadlines and activity expectations
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Customer service, member support, outreach, or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual English-Spanish required
- Strong phone communication required
- Outbound calling, SMS, and email outreach experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong data-entry and follow-up skills required
- Close.io experience is a plus; training will be provided
- Online community, membership organization, coaching/education, or real estate experience is a plus but not required

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
