SAP Signavio Implementation & Governance Consultant - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a SAP Signavio Implementation & Governance Consultant - Remote position with a Large Energy Company located in Denver, CO. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $119.00 - $129.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This senior-level consultant will lead the configuration, governance, and enterprise implementation of SAP Signavio capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience establishing the Signavio platform within large enterprises, serving as the technical and functional lead for platform administration, governance, and adoption activities. This is not a traditional business process modeling role but a strategic position focused on building process governance from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise implementation, configuration, and administration of SAP Signavio, establishing the platform as a scalable process management and intelligence solution
• Design and implement governance frameworks, including process ownership, approval workflows, repository management, and version control standards
• Configure and optimize Signavio modules such as Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Intelligence, Process Insights, and Governance capabilities
• Manage security, user access, SSO, licensing, and platform administration
• Partner with architecture, SAP, data, and business stakeholders to establish integrations and data connections
• Develop enterprise standards, best practices, and implementation roadmaps that drive consistency and compliance
• Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on Signavio capabilities and governance maturity
• Lead change management activities across multiple business groups
• Develop governance dashboards, metrics, and KPIs

Primary Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 7+ years of business process transformation, SAP, or process excellence experience
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio implementation experience
• Advanced expertise specifically in SAP Signavio Governance functionality
• Demonstrated experience standing up Signavio environments for large enterprise organizations
• Experience configuring and administering Signavio, not just performing process modeling activities
• Proven experience establishing enterprise governance frameworks and operating models within Signavio
• Experience configuring user security, permissions, role structures, and Collaboration Hub administration
• Experience enabling Signavio Process Intelligence and Process Mining capabilities
• Experience integrating Signavio with SAP environments and related enterprise applications
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments

Desired Skills:

• SAP Signavio certifications
• Energy and regulated utility industry experience
• Experience standing up governance programs from scratch
• Process governance development and design experience
