👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst / Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, LLMs, and AI product management to support the development of an AI-enabled document review solution.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based outside the Philippines with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or similar role, with significant experience in AI/ML product management.

• Proven experience delivering AI, Generative AI/LLM, IDP, RAG, NLP, or Computer Vision solutions.

• Strong hands-on product management experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and embedding models.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery.

• Experience translating complex business requirements into prioritized product scope, user stories, workflows, and technical requirements.

• Experience with OCR, document analysis, compliance/regulatory workflows, or knowledge-intensive business processes is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, or Consultant for enterprise digital transformation or RegTech initiatives.

• Experience working with domain specialists to automate manual workflows using rules, constraints, and AI-assisted processes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business/domain stakeholders and AI engineering teams, translating requirements into product scope, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business requirements, AI capabilities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.

• Define and manage AI evaluation criteria, Golden Sets, rule curation, source referencing, citation validation, and hallucination control.

• Lead the design and mapping of document review workflows, business rules, and framework criteria.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and domain specialists to deliver Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• Work with technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, embedding models, and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and delivery quality while managing stakeholder communication.
