The Role

This is a senior commercial role working closely with our CEO and product leads. You'll operate across Symbiotic's product suite driving partnerships, DeFi integrations and strategic alliances.

What you'll do:

• Support the leadership team with business development across our product verticals: streamlining partner pipelines, keeping the CRM current with call notes, coordinating materials, research and project management.
• Bring a strategic angle to Symbiotic's commercial strategy.

• Identify market opportunities and strategic alliances that position Symbiotic to win market share with an unfair advantage over its competitors.

• Keep up-to-date intelligence on target accounts.

• Leverage your network to open doors and accelerate deals.

• Collaborate with leadership and the product team to develop and execute Symbiotic's growth strategy.

• Engage with our customer base and the broader DeFi community, gather feedback on Symbiotic's offering, and incorporate insights into product roadmaps and development initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Strong evidence of commercial success. You can walk us through deals and strategic alliances you've closed, and how you got them over the line.

• Strong negotiator with real pushing power. You hold terms, you close, and you bring energy to a room.
• Deep, pre-existing network among liquid crypto-native funds, DeFi curators and blue-chip protocol founders.

• DeFi-fluent operator. You have a track record of driving measurable growth in TVL, liquidity or protocol adoption. You understand value flows across lending , CDPs, DEXs and yield-bearing stablecoins, and can explain what each category needs to get right to win.
• You know the plumbing. You've worked as or alongside curators, allocated capital into on-chain assets and vaults, and built or run liquidity mining programmes.

• You understand how governance works and how the major protocols make decisions, and you've taken an asset or product through that process to get it integrated.

• Winning mentality and the ability to work independently.

• Deep understanding of the lending and borrowing product landscape.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building on-chain financial applications.

• Technical background is a bonus.

• TradFi experience is a bonus.

• CRM experience (Hubspot) is a bonus

This is a full time, fully remote role. We do not hire contractors or do B2B contracts.
