  • Oversee kickoff and regular project status meetings, collaborating across teams and escalating up vendor management chains when delivery time lines are at risk.
  • Manage the quality of third-party leased Infrastructure documentation including accuracy and alignment between leased asset network inventory and commercial contract inventory.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes to meet business needs and improve efficiency operationalizing solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Manage and augment portfolio to continue to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

At a minimum, we would like you to have:

  • 4 years of experience developing and managing network infrastructure programs, vendor management, and delivery of leased assets (including dark fiber, bandwidth services, and colocation space/power).
  • 2 years of experience with space/power projects including build-outs in data centers or third-party colocation facilities.
  • Experience leading project teams and/or vendor resources and defining/managing against success metrics.
  • Experience ordering and managing colocation space, including  AC & DC power consumption

It’s preferred that you have:

  • Colocation subject matter expertise including planning, designing, engineering of data center and standalone colocation.
  • Experience with colocation capacity headroom management, including (AC and DC) power consumption analysis in alignment with evolving business requirements.
  • Capability to engineer colocation sites including necessary infrastructure supporting OSP to ISP pathways and RFE development in alignment with business requirements.
  • Experience with Central Office design practices, data center electrical and mechanical best practices, and space/power planning.
  • Experience using project management and network inventory tools (e.g. Netcracker, ServiceNow, Sitetracker, and GSuite).
  • Experience working on highly visible, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholder groups that drive revenue and customer targets.
  • Contract negotiation and network acquisition experience
