Cleantech / Climate Tech

foodforecast helps bakeries to waste less food. On average, bakeries in Germany throw away up to 15% of their produced goods (or 77.000 EUR in value of goods per year). The problem: The sales figures fluctuate strongly and depend on various complex factors, like weather and holidays. We create sales forecasts for the next days, using an artificial intelligence. This way, bakeries only need to produce what will be sold.
