Role Overview

The Senior Vice President, Capital Markets, Investments and Financial Strategy will lead the organization's capital formation, structured finance, investment underwriting, capital allocation, and financial planning activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this executive will be responsible for developing and executing financing strategies that support continued growth as a developer, owner, and operator of community solar, distributed generation, and energy storage assets.

Capital Markets and Capital Formation

  • Develop and execute the overall capital markets strategy in partnership with the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership team.
