Remote in the United States | Full-time | $85,000-$100,000 base salary | Up to 25% travel

Oasis Solutions is hiring a NetSuite Consultant to support clients after go-live and contribute to ERP implementation work. This role is a strong fit for a functional NetSuite professional who can troubleshoot business-process and system issues, configure practical solutions, and communicate confidently with clients. Direct NetSuite experience is required.

What you will do

Manage NetSuite support and managed-services requests, including investigation, configuration, documentation, and client communication.

Configure and improve workflows, dashboards, forms, roles, and other functional elements based on client requirements.

Participate in NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, testing, data preparation, training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.

Gather business requirements, document processes, and translate client needs into clear functional recommendations.

Coordinate with senior functional consultants and technical resources when an issue requires escalation or customization.

Maintain accurate project notes, deliverables, tickets, and status updates while meeting assigned utilization expectations.

Build trusted client relationships through responsive follow-through and clear, practical guidance.

What you bring

Hands-on experience using or supporting NetSuite in a functional consulting, administrator, managed-services, or implementation environment.

Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, customizations, dashboards, reporting, and core business processes.

Ability to troubleshoot issues, organize findings, and explain solutions to both technical and nontechnical users.

Strong written and verbal communication, time management, documentation, and follow-through.

Ability to work remotely and travel up to 25%, typically within Eastern and Central U.S. time zones, including flights and overnight stays.

Preferred experience

Exposure to one or more end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, inventory, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or financial-management processes.

Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional-services environment.

How this role works

This is a fully remote role. Candidates in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred because most clients are located in those regions.

The role reports to a Management Consultant or Principal Consultant.

Oasis uses role-specific utilization expectations, which will be explained during the interview process.

Compensation and benefits

Benefits eligibility begins on the first day of the month following or coinciding with the date of hire for eligible full-time employees.

Medical and dental coverage with employer-paid employee-only options; voluntary vision coverage; and employer-paid $50,000 life and AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage.

A 3% non-elective 401(k) employer contribution.

Discretionary paid time off, subject to supervisor approval and the company's core purpose and values.

$1,250 employee travel benefit after six months of employment, available once per calendar year.

Gross profit share bonus eligibility after one year of employment, subject to plan terms and company performance.
