  • Guide and influence negotiation strategies for complex and strategic client opportunities managed by the Retention Team.
  • Collaborate closely with Segment Heads, Team Leads, Managing Directors, and Retention Executives to develop and execute retention strategies.
  • Partner with individual associates to identify strengths, development opportunities, and career aspirations while promoting best-practice sharing across the team.
  • Identify emerging industry trends, competitive developments, and retention best practices, and proactively share insights and recommendations with team members and business partners.
  • Foster a high performing, engaged, and empowered culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external talent sources to develop a strong and sustainable pipeline of future talent.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, including oversight of customer communications, licensing requirements, sales materials, and client-facing presentations.
