Overview

Join Alera Group's Transformation Office and help our Property & Casualty teams successfully navigate a major enterprise transformation.

As an Implementation & Hypercare Specialist – Property & Casualty, you'll work directly with offices before, during, and after migration to our enterprise platform. You'll help teams prepare for implementation, reinforce training, support adoption, troubleshoot questions and issues, and provide hands-on support during go-live and post-launch stabilization.

You'll partner closely with Implementation Leads, P&C Trainers, Data Migration Specialists, and local change champions to help offices confidently transition from legacy systems and processes to standardized enterprise ways of working.

• Serve as a key resource for offices throughout implementation, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Help users understand new system functionality, workflows, processes, and enterprise standards.
• Assess office readiness and identify areas requiring additional support before go-live.
• Reinforce training through ongoing coaching, user support, and best-practice guidance.
• Help P&C teams transition from legacy processes to standardized enterprise workflows.
• Provide hands-on hypercare support following go-live, triaging questions and determining appropriate resolution paths.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business SMEs, and implementation resources to resolve escalated issues.
• Track recurring questions, issues, user feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in readiness activities, user validation, and process reviews.
• Support multiple office implementations and hypercare periods while maintaining accurate documentation, issue logs, and status updates.
• Assist with knowledge transfer as offices transition from implementation to ongoing support.

Required

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting software implementations, system rollouts, business process changes, or technology adoption initiatives
• Experience providing end-user support within a business or enterprise application environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain complex system functionality and processes in clear, user-friendly terms
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to triage user questions and issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams to drive resolution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment

Preferred

• Insurance industry experience, particularly Property & Casualty
• Experience with Applied Epic or another agency management system or enterprise business platform
• Experience supporting system implementations, migrations, or conversions within an insurance agency or brokerage
• Experience supporting change management, user adoption, training reinforcement, or post-go-live stabilization
• Experience working with cross-functional implementation teams
• Experience maintaining issue logs, user feedback, readiness documentation, or other implementation tracking

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this contract position is $75.00–$100.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and relevant expertise.

Work Environment
