Senior Quality Analyst (Manual & Automation Testing):

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analyst with over 10 years of experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and experience testing systems built using PHP, ReactJS, Node.js, Python. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services across diverse platforms and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.

• Build and maintain robust automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems.

• Perform end-to-end testing for web applications, APIs, and telephony systems.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA).

• Analyze test results, identify trends in defects, and provide actionable insights to development teams.

• Ensure test coverage and performance benchmarks are met before product releases.

• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality of deliverables.

• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
  
  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science, MCA, or M.Sc (IT).

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of QA experience with a mix of manual and automation testing.

• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman/Newman, Pytest, or similar.

• Languages & Frameworks: Strong knowledge of scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Java for test automation.

• Web Technologies: Familiarity with testing applications built with PHP, ReactJS, and Node.js.

• API Testing: Experience with RESTful API testing and tools like Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, or custom scripts.

• Telephony Systems: Experience testing or working with Asterisk or similar VoIP systems is highly desirable.

• Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.

• Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to performance/load testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• ISTQB or other QA certifications.
