Job description

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today, we're tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work.

We are looking for a Senior and Seasoned Campaign Marketing leader to own and execute integrated B2B campaigns across EMEA for key industry verticals, and to lead the integrated GTC campaign for the region. Aligned to NVIDIA's strategic priorities, this role demands someone who builds strong cross-functional relationships and executes hands-on from brief to results. You are self-directed, cut through complexity, and drive impact at pace. NVIDIA moves fast and the scope of this role will evolve — we need someone energised by change, not unsettled by it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and drive integrated campaign strategies for assigned industry verticals across EMEA  — in alignment with NVIDIA's global priorities and customised for the specific needs, audiences, and market dynamics of the region.

  • Build integrated campaigns (awareness, engagement, etc)  targeting developers, enterprise decision-makers and technical audiences across priority EMEA markets, with particular emphasis on Germany, France, and the UK.

  • Lead the integrated GTC campaign for EMEA — coordinating across DMO, field, content, and creative teams to drive registration, awareness, and engagement from early-bird through to post-show amplification.

  • Plan and execute field and industry partner  activation — including partner programmes, and NVIDIA presence at key sector events across priority markets.
Work alongside NVIDIA's ISV partners to develop aligned go-to-market plans — co-creating campaign activity, content, and joint field programmes that extend NVIDIA's reach into key vertical audiences.

  • Build ABM initiatives in close collaboration with field sales, WWFO, and partner teams — translating global pipeline objectives into regionally targeted, high-impact activity.

  • Identify the right channel mix across digital, events, content syndication, email, and partner co-marketing to reach target audiences and meet campaign objectives.
Build and optimise digital assets including landing pages, email nurture tracks, social content, and collateral in collaboration with DMO and content teams.

  • Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams — product marketing, content, DMO, creative, and agency partners — managing timelines, dependencies, and quality across concurrent workstreams.
Track and analyse campaign performance; use data to guide ongoing optimisation and report results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Act as the EMEA campaign point-of-contact for industry marketing — maintaining strong relationships with global teams and product marketing to keep the region current on content, messaging, and platform intelligence.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in integrated campaign planning and execution within enterprise technology — AI, cloud, accelerated computing, or a related field.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Field marketing experience in EMEA, with hands-on knowledge of go-to-market execution in one or more priority markets: Germany, France, or the UK.

  • Multi-channel campaign experience — digital demand generation, events, email nurture, ABM, and content — with measurable outcomes and the ability to connect activity to pipeline impact.

  • Hands-on executor: this role is for someone who gets things done, not only directs others. Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments is essential.

  • Partner and co-marketing experience: a track record of working with ISV or technology partners on joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing programmes, or shared campaign activity — ideally within an enterprise technology or cloud ecosystem.

  • Vertical experience (e.g. healthcare / life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, telco, or energy) is an advantage, not a requirement. Sector focus may evolve with the role.

  • Strong project management skills: able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously, manage timelines and dependencies, and deliver to a high standard in a matrixed global organisation.

  • Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in French or German is strongly preferred.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Direct experience running integrated campaigns for an enterprise technology brand in EMEA — owning the full cycle from strategy and brief through to execution and reporting across multiple markets.

  • A track record of leading large-scale integrated event campaigns — such as a major technology conference or global brand moment — with responsibility for cross-functional coordination, regional audience development, and pre- to post-show execution.

  • Proven partner and co-marketing execution: joint campaigns, co-branded content, and shared field programmes developed and delivered alongside ISV or channel partners in an enterprise tech ecosystem.

  • Working knowledge of ABM platforms (e.g. Demandbase, 6sense) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) — with hands-on experience, not just oversight.

  • Experience in one or more industry verticals (e.g. healthcare / life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, telco, or energy) gained in an enterprise B2B marketing context.

With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology industry's most desirable employers. If you are a driven, creative marketer with a passion for technology and the ambition to make a real impact across EMEA, we want to hear from you.
