About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Regional Lead to drive operations and partner relationships across the Americas for a global travel and hospitality platform. You'll bring regional strategies to life, manage key partnerships, and make sure programs run smoothly across multiple markets. You'll work at the center of cross-functional teams, turning regional insights into better results for the business and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of regional programs and initiatives across North and Latin American markets
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted point of contact
  • Monitor regional performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve outcomes
  • Design and improve operating processes that help regional teams and partners work efficiently
  • Coordinate across global and local teams, including product, marketing, policy, and support, to keep priorities aligned
  • Prepare clear updates and recommendations for leadership

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in regional operations, partnerships, business development, or strategy roles
  • Proven experience managing multi-market programs or partner relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace businesses
  • Experience working across Latin American or Canadian markets
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese

Key Details

  • Start Date: Flexible
  • Duration: Long-term contract (length to be confirmed)
  • Location: Remote (within the U.S.)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $75-$89/hour
  • Employment Type: W-2 (no C2C or 1099)
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Engagement: Contract role through Maleda Tech.
