Job description

At Meazure Learning, we aim to empower open-minded, inquisitive, and driven people, and we love how each new addition to the team adds to our culture. Here, you can positively impact the careers of millions of test-takers and reshape the education technology landscape by working toward one vision:

“To provide life-long learners across the globe the freedom to pursue their academic dreams and career aspirations safely, securely, and conveniently.”

Our Vision starts with our values—Hungry, Humble and Smart. We seek team members who are driven to achieve results while bringing these values to life with how they lead and work. Team members who think of the organization and team first without ego or agenda. Leaders who instinctively collaborate and operate with emotional intelligence. This is the foundation of success for all employees at Meazure Learning.

The Role:

The VP, Security & Quality is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for advancing the security, integrity, quality, and operational reliability of Meazure Learning’s testing environment. The VP, Security & Quality will partner closely with Technology, Product, Operations, Test Centers, and other functional leaders to provide testing-security expertise as Meazure Learning’s technology and delivery models continue to evolve. The role will also lead the ongoing advancement of quality management and continuous improvement practices that support secure, consistent, and high-quality testing operations.

  • Maintain and continuously enhance testing security standards, policies, procedures, and controls across remote proctoring and Test Center operations.
  • Stay current on evolving testing-security trends, technology developments, and methods of testing misconduct, and recommend enhancements that support continued exam integrity and secure test delivery.
  • Provide leadership and sound judgment in the review, escalation, and resolution of testing security matters, partnering with appropriate teams to support timely and consistent outcomes.
  • Partner with Test Center leadership to maintain effective security practices for onsite testing, including candidate authentication, secure test delivery, appropriate system access, and protection of testing content and environments.
  • Partner with remote proctoring operations to support the continued effectiveness and evolution of practices that authenticate test takers, protect exam content, identify prohibited behavior, and preserve the integrity of online testing sessions.
  • Provide testing-security expertise as products, technologies, client requirements, and operational processes evolve, helping ensure security, customer experience, and business needs remain appropriately balanced.
  • Monitor and communicate meaningful testing-security metrics and trends to leadership, providing visibility into program effectiveness, emerging considerations, and areas of continued focus.
  • Serve as a senior testing-security resource for client reviews, audits, and inquiries related to the security and integrity of Meazure Learning’s testing solutions and delivery environments.
  • Champion Meazure Learning’s culture of testing security and accountability through ongoing training, communication, and cross-functional partnership.
