Job description

Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is building the platform of record for Property Care (pest, lawn, pool, arbor, and irrigation) — and we need deep trade expertise embedded in the business to get it right. The Industry Advisor is a former operator (owner, executive, or senior leader from a property care trade) who brings that credibility and hands-on knowledge into how we sell, implement, support, and build product. This is a single, senior individual contributor role spanning all four Property Care trades, working directly with the GM and cross-functionally across Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Product.

What you'll do:

Product

  • Advise Product on feature decisions and tradeoffs from an operator's perspective, including reviewing and commenting on product requirement documents
  • Advise on custom vs. standardized reporting needs for property care clients
  • Turn QBR feedback into prioritized input for the product roadmap

Market Development

  • Attend and represent ServiceTitan at industry conferences (e.g., PestWorld)
  • Own relationship with key trade orgs (e.g., NPMA)
  • Write market point-of-view (POV) documents that capture industry context for internal and customer-facing use

Sales

  • Join prospect pitches and calls to lend industry credibility, answer trade-specific questions, talk “operator to operator”
  • Shape and craft GTM materials and value propositions grounded in operator experience

Implementations

  • Support discovery on nuanced or ambiguous operational topics during onboarding
  • Act as an escalation point for complex implementation issues
  • Serve as the internal resource implementation teams turn to for trade-specific questions
  • Provide named-account support for our highest-priority accounts

Customer Success

  • Translate customer asks and pain points into clear input for relevant ServiceTitan teams
  • Act as an escalation point for complex implementation issues
  • Provide named-account support for our highest-priority accounts, bringing “operator lens” to each discussion

What you'll bring:

Senior level experience within the Property Care trade industry, with direct oversight of both Operations and Technology.

  • Proven track record of running high-performing operations within enterprise settings.
  • Recent experience (within the last 2–3 years) leading Property Care trade technology systems, ideally as the driver of a major platform migration or enterprise rollout.
  • High market credibility with immediate authority among industry operators, paired with exceptional verbal storytelling skills.
  • Deep operational fluency across recurring revenue/service agreements, technician routing, route density optimization, chemical tracking and compliance, and multi-location or multi-brand operations.
  • Preferred: Direct experience navigating M&A integrations, platform consolidations, or multi-brand rollups.
