【プロジェクト購買担当者の役割・責任】

• 新規開発プロジェクトにおける購買担当として、プロジェクトのキックオフから量産開始後3か月まで（P1）を中心に、購買に関わる一連の活動をリード・推進いただきます。
• プロジェクトチームの一員として、開発・営業・品質・生産技術・サプライヤー等の関係者と連携しながら、コスト・品質・納期・供給能力等を管理し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

• プロジェクトチームの一員として新規開発の案件に購買担当として参加し、購買が関与するすべてのプロジェクト活動（NPA、PRKF、Sourcing Plan、PSC、PMC、IAR、TOGO、FDPR、ISVA、SOP）をリードまたはサポートし、プロジェクト終了まで遂行します。
• 新規部品の価格交渉、発注先決定、量産に向けた開発サポート、スケジュール管理(QCDIマネージメント)
• 流用部品のリソーシング及び価格交渉活動、生産キャパシティの確認
• VA・VE提案の回収、社内及び得意先との協業
• プロジェクトの利益率を含めたインデックス管理
• 各種ドキュメント管理

• コモディティ組織と連携し、事前ソーシング対象サプライヤーを提案・承認します。
• Valeoの知的財産を保護するための契約事項をすべて管理し、セグメントパネルに準拠します。

【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:

　１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

　２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.

　３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.

　４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3.

This position is within the Light Division.

[Role & Responsibilities of Project Purchaser]

• As the buyer in charge of new development projects, lead and drive a series of purchasing activities, focusing primarily from project kick-off through three months post-mass production start (P1).

• As a member of the project team, manage cost, quality, delivery, supply capacity, etc., while collaborating with stakeholders such as R&D, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and suppliers to contribute to the success of the project.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Join new development projects as the purchasing representative, leading or supporting all procurement-related project activities (NPA, PRKF, Sourcing Plan, PSC, PMC, IAR, TOGO, FDPR, ISVA, SOP) through to project completion.

• Price negotiation for new components, supplier selection, development support toward mass production, and schedule management (QCDI management).

• Resourcing and price negotiations for carryover parts, as well as checking production capacity.

• Collecting VA/VE proposals and collaborating with internal teams and customers.

• Index management, including project profitability margins.

• Managing various documentations.

[Potential Future Scope: Advanced Purchasing (P2/P3)]

• Collaborate with commodity organizations to propose and gain approval for pre-sourcing suppliers.

• Manage all contractual terms to protect Valeo's intellectual property and ensure compliance with segment panel guidelines.

Remote Work: Available up to 1 day per week

Business Travel:

• Overseas trips: Once a year

• Experience in manufacturing procurement: 3+ years
• Experience using accounting systems
• Japanese: Business level
• English: Comfortable using English
