JOB SUMMARY

Manages the mobility for the N&H Solutions organization (I&C, services, SME’s, etc) for any mobility related topics: visas, hotels, car rental, flights, etc. ensuring the adherence to the global company rules and local regulations.

Timesheet booking and travel expenses preapproval for I&C and service execution team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HSE

  • Support the I&C and Service team in managing EHS documentation, ensuring that the prerequisites for it are met.

Global Mobility:

  • Be the primary support partner for all National and cross boarder travelers.
  • Manages administrative requirements to work in certain countries which are calling for specific documents such as medical visits/checks, visas, A1 forms, etc...
  • Develops a simple “country matrix” which presents the needed actions to take in terms of global mobility when working in a foreign country
  • Installs regular calls with resources managers to capture requirements
  • Builds procedures and assigns ownerships to manage global mobility
  • Additional duties as assigned to ensure the smooth running of the business

Administrative :

  • SAP hours booking management or control
  • Office support (local small tasks management, etc.)
  • In line with the service managers, support the expenses processes and report checking before validation
  • Continuous follow-up about work days (in line with local regulations)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail
  • Strong team spirit
  • Firm holistic understanding of the operational aspects of the services
  • Ability to build and manage relationship across multiple and remote locations
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of HSE terminology
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional & multi-cultural team
  • Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to drive implementation of the agreed rules & processes
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information
  • Exemplify creative problem solving abilities
  • Fluent or very comfortable with English both technical and conversational

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant team experience
  • Current deep knowledge of best practices & innovations regarding mobility and administrative functions
  • Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
  • Be computer efficient (Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP experience beneficial)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Office-based role

WORKING CONDITIONS

Position is based in an SPX office in Madrid with the conditions in line with SPX Flow EHS regulations and country’s legislative safety requirements.

Possibility of occasional part-time work from home, in accordance with local Human Resources policies.

Base annual salary: 32k to 38k DOE
