Overview:

How you can make a difference  

HealthEquity’s Client/Employer Services team is seeking an experienced Team Lead/Supervisor. This Team Lead/Supervisor will collaborate with the Manager to ensure that each team member is equipped with the right tools, knowledge and education that supports the ongoing service of clients and brokers. This team oversees EDI-related case types and processes. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Manages and carries out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate
  • Observe individual team members and provide regular encouragement and support in a manner that recognizes success and stellar performance as well as identifies areas of improvement in a positive manner.
  • Provide on the spot performance coaching.
  • Create an engaging culture that empowers all team members thrive in.
  • Communicate to team members on a daily basis in order to establish clear expectations, recognition their performance and to keep your team updated on organizational changes that impact their roles.
  • Ability to manage a team in a remote environment.
  • Provide support to Manager, which should include defining and developing team members’ career goals and objectives.
  • Create motivating ideas and functions to keep team morale high and focused on company service objectives.
  • Raise the bar when it comes to the service we provide to our Employers and Brokers, through ongoing education of our products and services.
  • Attend and contribute to ongoing education classes.
  • Represent Client Services in cross functional teams and projects as required.
  • Take escalated calls from Employers and Brokers
  • Oversee Customer Satisfaction Results and address escalated cases in within 1-2 business days.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager. 

What you will need to be successful

  • 4 + years related experience in a customer service, operations, call center, email support, or client services environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience with one or more of HealthEquity platforms and products preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner, and must be technologically savvy.
  • Experience with Teams, Outlook, Power BI, OneNote, Planner, Copilot preferred.
  • Motivated and able to work in a fast paced, high-stress environment while still providing stellar service to employers, brokers, and team.
  • Must be passionate about Client Services mission to provide service that delights and drives loyalty to HealthEquity.
  • Must have the ability to keep team morale high, particularly through busy season.

This is a remote position.

Salary Range: $63500.00 To $79000.00 / year Benefits & Perks:

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity’s immersive onboarding experience Trailhead is designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and equip you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role. Trailhead is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. HealthEquity covers all required travel and accommodations. 

This role may begin with a virtual, self-paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a later date.
