Role Overview:

Rove Concepts and Rove Next are seeking an experienced AI Creative Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will lead the development and execution of AI-powered creative marketing initiatives across both brands, driving content innovation, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is passionate about combining creativity with emerging AI technologies to produce compelling marketing content at scale. You'll work closely with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and Product teams to integrate AI into content creation, campaign execution, and creative workflows while maintaining a premium brand experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the AI creative marketing strategy across Rove Concepts and Rove Next.
  
• Identify and implement AI tools and workflows that improve creative production, marketing efficiency, and campaign performance.
  
• Create and oversee AI-generated content for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, websites, product launches, and brand campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality creative assets using generative AI.
  
• Develop prompts, creative workflows, and brand standards to ensure AI-generated content remains consistent with our brand identity.
  
• Work with internal teams to enhance customer engagement through innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize creative assets and marketing strategies.
  
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices, continuously identifying opportunities to improve creative processes.
  
• Train and support internal teams on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for marketing and creative production (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Kling, Canva AI, or similar platforms).
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  
• Experience leading creative projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize creative output using data.
  
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing software, or motion graphics is considered an asset.
