An international employer based in Sofia, Bulgaria is hiring a Sales Engineer to join their Arabic-speaking team.

Expect a fairly fast pace here: prospecting, follow-ups, and hitting targets are core to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Coordinate with other teams when a deal needs extra support
• Adjust approach based on what's working and what isn't
• Build relationships with prospects from first contact through to close

Requirements:

• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
