At B3, we start with people and their experience. We match projects to your skills and professional growth path. This allows you to build your career in a deliberate way - not by chance.

What we offer

  • Work in a Scandinavian culture built on logic, trust, and open dialogue.

  • Health and sports benefits tailored to your needs.

  • Speed Coaching – short sessions designed to provide new perspectives and solutions.

  • Sports training, an internal team, and opportunities to take part in competitions.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Native customer journeys in the mobile app - Building and embedding new external partner services into the flagship iOS application within a super app concept, with a single login and a consistent brand experience

  • Secure integrations and authentication - Handling secure data handovers and token exchange (OAuth/OIDC) between the native app and external partner portals, as well as integrating with platform services such as payments, login and search

  • Fast large-scale product delivery in a startup model - Working in a greenfield area using AI and internal agentic development tooling, connecting front end, back end and the mobile app while keeping performance, stability and memory efficiency in check

What you need to join us:

Must have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Swift and the iOS SDK, and experience building interfaces with SwiftUI and UIKit

  • Understanding of mobile security, networking (REST, JSON) and safely bridging sessions between native views and external web portals (OAuth/OIDC)

  • Experience shipping and maintaining performance-optimized native applications

  • Problem-solver mindset - willingness to work beyond iOS alone (front end, back end and mobile integrations), using AI in everyday work and navigating confidently in a complex, not yet fully defined technical environment

  • English at B2+ level or higher and knowledge of Polish

  • Right to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with subscription-based models, Apple Pay integration or complex transactional checkouts

  • Knowledge of iOS accessibility tools and deep-linking mechanisms

  • Experience working with back end or web front end

  • Readiness to take part in on-duty rotations in the future

  • Availability for occasional meetings and workshops in Warsaw or Poznań
