Job description

Salesforce Administrator

Trackunit is a fast-growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating out of many offices worldwide. Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalized industry of all — and we're changing that.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will own day-to-day platform administration, drive automation through Salesforce Flow, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to continuously improve our Salesforce environment. You will be a key contributor to our GTM infrastructure, helping ensure data quality, process efficiency, and scalable platform growth.

This role sits within Revenue Operations and is open for remote / hybrid candidates. It is a full-time position. No relocation assistance is offered.

What's in it for you?

  • A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with genuine opportunities to grow internally. We move quickly — back in 2020 we were 150 employees, and we've just passed 450.

  • International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments, and borders.

  • Personal and professional development taken seriously — through training, coaching, and an open feedback culture that helps you understand your impact on yourself, your team, and the organization.

  • Flexibility and hybrid working that isn't just a line in a job ad. Tell us how you work best, and we'll make it work — we'll get you covered with the IT equipment you need.

  • Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. This priority starts with our hiring — we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We assess candidates on their qualifications and merit only.

What you'll own

Platform Administration

  • Manage day-to-day configuration of Salesforce including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings

  • Perform regular system health checks, release updates, and org audits

  • Maintain data integrity through deduplication, import/export processes, and validation rules

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support and troubleshooting

Automation & Flow Development

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, and Scheduled Flows in Flow Builder

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, low-code automation solutions

  • Migrate legacy workflow rules and Process Builder automations to Flow

  • Document automation logic and maintain a clean, well-governed org

Revenue Operations Support

  • Support Opportunity management processes including pipeline attribution, stage stamping, and forecasting

  • Assist with Revenue Cloud configuration and quoting process optimization

  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales on pricing, billing, and revenue recognition workflows

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and list views for Sales, SDR, and leadership teams

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable data views and KPI tracking

  • Ensure Salesforce data is a reliable source of truth across integrated platforms

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS) to gather requirements and deliver solutions

  • Communicate platform changes, new features, and release impacts to end users

  • Support onboarding and training of new Salesforce users

Who you are ideally

  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a production environment

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification

  • Proven proficiency building and maintaining Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration

  • Experience with page layouts, record types, custom fields, validation rules, and approval processes

  • Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards

  • Familiarity with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud (formerly CPQ & Billing) experience — quoting, pricing rules, product catalog

  • Additional certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Revenue Cloud Consultant

  • Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Amplemarket, Clari, CloudTalk, or similar GTM tools)

  • Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein AI features, or Data Cloud

Don't meet every single requirement? No worries — if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
