We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Human Intelligence Collectors and professional interviewers with strong expertise in elicitation, investigative questioning, behavioural cue interpretation, reliability assessment, and structured analytical reporting to contribute to an advanced AI training and evaluation project.
Selected professionals will conduct or assess structured interview and elicitation sessions, interpret verbal and behavioural cues, evaluate response reliability, and document analytical reasoning in a clear and defensible manner. No prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities
Elicitation & Interviewing

Ideal Profile

3–5+ years of experience in professional interviewing, intelligence elicitation, investigative questioning, skilled negotiation, or a comparable field
-
Background may include military HUMINT, law-enforcement interviewing, or other structured investigative environments

Training in recognised methodologies such as PEACE, cognitive interviewing, or comparable frameworks

Strong ability to interpret paralinguistic and nonverbal cues

Demonstrated ability to justify analytical conclusions in writing

Exceptional written English

Strong attention to detail and analytical discipline

Experience working across diverse populations or through interpreters is advantageous

Familiarity with data annotation, AI evaluation, or assessment-report writing is beneficial

No prior AI-training experience is required
