Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facility's operational and financial performance, ensuring achievement of productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery targets;

  • Drive operational excellence through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and best-in-class production processes;

  • Champion a strong EHS and quality culture, ensuring compliance with GE Vernova standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations;

  • Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing multidisciplinary workforce, fostering collaboration, accountability, and talent growth;

  • Oversee manufacturing operations, repair center activities, capital investments, and supply chain initiatives to support sustainable business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred;

  • Significant leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, power generation, energy, heavy equipment, or related sectors;

  • Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, quality management systems, and operational excellence methodologies;

  • Experience managing manufacturing facilities, repair operations, or service centers with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance;

  • Advanced English communication skills and proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
