Systems Administrator

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team and support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering both Linux and Windows environments, supporting virtualization platforms, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and contributing to the stability and performance of cloud and on-premises systems. You will work closely with technical teams to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions across a dynamic technology landscape.

The role combines systems administration, infrastructure operations, and virtualization expertise, with a strong focus on reliability, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain:
  • Linux servers
    
  • Windows servers
    
• Manage and support virtualization environments, including:
  • VMware
    
  • Hyper-V
    
  • Proxmox VE
    
  • CloudStack
    
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance
  
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues
  
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  
• Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions
  
• Contribute to system stability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives
  

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role
  
• Strong experience with:
  • Linux administration
    
  • Windows Server administration
    
• Solid knowledge of virtualization platforms and technologies, including:
  • VMware
    
  • Hyper-V
    
  • Proxmox VE
    
  • CloudStack
    
• Experience monitoring and maintaining enterprise infrastructure environments
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills across:
  • Systems
    
  • Networks
    
  • Applications
    
• Experience supporting both cloud and on-premises environments
  
• Good documentation and technical communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within technical teams
  
• Fluency in English
  

Nice-to-have

• Experience working in mixed cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
  
• Exposure to infrastructure monitoring and observability tools
  
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and business continuity practices
  
• Familiarity with automation and scripting for systems administration
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
