  • Coordinate follow-up messages and hand-offs when needed
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team

About You

You are someone who shows deep patience, warmth, and emotional intelligence. You understand that families facing dementia need calm guidance and a human connection, not scripts and checklists.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights & weekends
  • Reliable internet + quiet/private remote workspace

  • Prior dementia care or caregiver support experience
  • Telehealth, call center, or hotline experience
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare helpful but not required

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
