Overview: TISTA is seeking an experienced and dedicated Analytical Support Specialist to join our Chief Management Office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Business Office-Account Management Section. The position is critical to advancing G-Invoicing and iFAMS.

Responsibilities:

Review and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and substantive analysis of mission-critical FSC SLAs that are for Other Government Agencies (OGA).
  • These agreements are the highest dollar agreements the FSC manages, they require additional analytical support to ensure services and metrics outputs are in accordance to the agreement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the business office functions by leveraging modern-analytical insights.
  • Assess past iFAMS trouble tickets, for OGA agreements, and identify the mitigation steps necessary to avoid repeat issues in iFAMS (due to system entry issues).

Development:

  • Design, evaluate, create, and analyze over ninety agreements on an annual and ad-hoc basis.
  • Formulate and manage the procedures, standards, and methods for collecting, processing, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting metrics and performance data related to customer relationship management and operational assignments.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Collect, research, and analyze data to produce insightful information.
  • Develop and disseminate reports to provide actionable intelligence to management and stakeholders.

Performance Measurement:

  • Collaborate with FSC employees and project managers to select meaningful qualitative and quantitative criteria for performance evaluation.
  • Participate in the improvement of administrative support through the use of metrics or surveys.

Invoicing and Agreement Management:

  • Independently analyze and evaluate invoicing execution against active OGA agreements.
  • Advise management on recommended courses of action when agreements are projected to exceed allocated amounts.
  • Research, review, and monitor FSC invoicing against customer obligations, and negotiate adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing of relevant SLAs and FAs.
  • A general proficiency with Momentum desired.
  • A general proficiency in Adobe desired.
  • Experience in customer management or account management.
  • Ability to work independently and perform thorough reviews and analysis of SLAs.
  • Proven analytical, writing, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple business office functions efficiently.
  • Experience in developing SLAs, with a focus on enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Competence in collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting statistical performance data.
  • Experience in using AI tools to improve agreements analysis and change processes.
  • Systems administration skills to customize, manage, analyze and report on activity using iFAMS.
  • Use of iFAMS workflow and other process tools to better manage approvals and ensure data quality.
  • Use of global design standards (e.g., ISO 9001, etc.) for vendor and contract management process design.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English/Journalism, or related field (or equivalent).

Clearance

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.

Location: 

  •  Remote, USA.

Pay Range:

  • The suggested pay for this position ranges from $130,546 to $145,875.
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
