Job description

El Rol:

Buscamos un Senior Front-End / Mobile Engineer con sólida experiencia tanto en React.js / Next.js (Web) como en React Native (iOS y Android). No es solo un rol de ejecución de tickets; el candidato asumirá la responsabilidad integral de la experiencia del producto móvil, desde la arquitectura y el rendimiento hasta la estrategia de conversión y usabilidad, trabajando codo a codo con el CEO y el Tech Lead.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollo Multiplataforma: Crear y mantener aplicaciones web y móviles de alto rendimiento utilizando React, Next.js y React Native (iOS/Android).

  • Product Analytics & Salud del Producto: Monitorear métricas de rendimiento y comportamiento de usuario utilizando PostHog (o herramientas similares como Mixpanel/Amplitude) para identificar cuellos de botella y problemas de UX antes de que los usuarios se quejen.

  • Optimización & Rendimiento: Aplicar estrategias de SSG/SSR, ruteo, arquitectura de componentes e integración eficiente de APIs REST y GraphQL.

  • Ciclos Rápidos de Entrega: Participar activamente en sprints de 2 semanas (promedio de 15 a 16 tickets por ciclo) con liberaciones continuas a producción.

  • Ownership Completo: Asegurar que una funcionalidad está "terminada" solo cuando está en producción, monitoreada y validada con datos de analítica real.

Requisitos Clave (Must-Have):

  • Dominio Técnico: Experiencia comprobable en React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG) y React Native (iOS/Android, navegación, módulos nativos).

  • JavaScript / Web Tech: JavaScript moderno (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind / Styled Components) y manejo de estados/caché en APIs REST/GraphQL.

  • Product Analytics: Manejo fluido de herramientas de analítica (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) para interpretar embudos, retención y grabaciones de sesión.

  • Pruebas Automatizadas: Experiencia con Jest, React Testing Library o Cypress.

  • Mentalidad de Producto: Enfoque proactivo para proponer mejoras en UX y conversión basadas en datos.

Deseable (Plus):

  • TypeScript (interfaces, genéricos).

  • Node.js (Express, NestJS) para colaboración en backend.

  • Experiencia previa en startups de Real Estate, analítica o plataformas de consumo masivo.
